Spoon Solutions is an extraordinary way of exploring and implementing possible solutions to challenges.

Here's how it works. You identify a problem or issue your people are facing. We then write a series of scenes about the situation. The scenes show how things are going wrong. Using highly skilled actors who are well-versed in working in the corporate environment, we then perform the play to small groups who face the problem you've identified.

At certain points, our facilitator will stop the action and invite the audience to identify what's going wrong and how the actors could behave differently in order to create a more positive outcome. The actors then immediately replay the scene according to these suggestions. The audience can instantly see the impact of its ideas.

The result: a series of solutions created by and for your staff. Swept along by the story and the emotions of the characters, the audience remembers the key learning points. We then help them to apply the skills themselves--to become the actors effecting the change in real-life situations. This process empowers them to tackle long-standing problems.
